After much thought, I have made the difficult decision to close Integrative Medicine of Pueblo.
This practice has been incredibly meaningful to me, and I am so grateful for the opportunity to work with each of you and be part of your health journey. This was not an easy decision, but a new professional opportunity has come along that is a wonderful fit for my family and this season of life.
While I am sad to close the doors of Integrative Medicine of Pueblo, my passion for integrative health is not going anywhere. I will continue sharing my passion for helping women understand their bodies, improve their health through nutrition and lifestyle, and feel empowered in their own healing journey through Self-Healing with Dr. Ashleigh.
Thank you for your trust, your support, and for allowing me to do work that I have loved so much. I am excited to carry what I have learned into this next chapter—and I hope you will join me there.

I'm a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine who is trained in both Family and Integrative Medicine. I have over a decade worth of training in modern and traditional medicine, with focuses on lifestyle, supplements and botanicals, osteopathic manipulative therapy, appropriate use of certain medication classes, yoga and self coaching. My goal is to work with you to combine my medical knowledge with your body’s innate wistome to get you the results you want.
