I have over a decade worth of training in modern and traditional medicine, with focuses on lifestyle, supplements and botanicals, osteopathic manipulative therapy, appropriate use of certain medication classes, yoga and self coaching. Osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT), is a hands-on body treatment with the goal of improving form, and thus function of the body. It improves pain, malalignment, range of motion, circulation and lymphatic flow. It also helps to regulate the nervous system and can aid in the prevention of injuries.
